Offer description

We are seeking a self‑motivated professional individual to work in an office management role in the marine industry, supporting a small team. You would ensure the smooth running of the business operations, provide customer service, develop marketing content and contribute to business growth and success.

Responsibilities will include:

Responding to and following up with enquiries via phone and email

Generating quotes, invoices and purchase orders

Accounts payable and payroll

Creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns

Assistance with social media content creation and scheduling

Scheduling appointments, booking flights and travel arrangements

Developing and maintaining client databases

Organising and assisting at boat show exhibitions

Assisting with stock control management

Updating website content

Maintaining spreadsheets and providing reports

Assisting with business development and achieving growth objectives

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Positive levels of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Accounting software experience

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Self‑motivated with ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

An interest in the marine industry is preferred but not essential.
