Key Responsibilities
We welcome guests warmly and provide information about the park, local area, amenities, and activities. This includes converting walk-in bookings, promoting other destinations, and upselling suitable products while following reservation policies and capturing guest details.
* Ccoordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within allocated resources, maintaining a safe and tidy environment, and encouraging guest participation.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, adhere to sales and service procedures, and work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals.
* Support caretaking duties as needed, including site cleanliness, after-hours guest assistance, and monitoring compliance with site rules.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating warm, memorable guest experiences through genuine customer service. Experience in hospitality or tourism is desirable, but we are also interested in enthusiastic applicants who are eager to build skills in a guest-focused role.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems like Newbook, or willing to learn and grow in a tech-enabled environment.
* A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
* Possession of a valid Working with Children Check and current automatic driver's license is required.
