About the Role
Forming part of the management team, the Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations. You bring confidence, energy and passion for customer service to influence your team to achieve store goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management.
* Visual merchandising.
* Store administration.
* Training and coaching of new team members.
* Effectively delegate and manage the team.
* Leadership and guidance to the team.
* Maintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing storefront.
* Ensure store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor and maintain suitable inventory levels.
* Energetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset.
* Provide regular assistance to customers and resolve queries promptly.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with customers and team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A happy, friendly and energetic personality.
* A desire to deliver high-quality customer service.
* Current valid police check or willingness to obtain one if successful.

Our brand-new Smokemart & GiftBox Northam Boulevard site is opening this February This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our amazing team.
