About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager, Treasury Control to support the GM Treasury in overseeing treasury operations, optimising cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial requirements across the Mainland Group.
This role plays a critical part in building our treasury capability during a period of significant transition. You will partner with senior leaders, provide specialist financial insights, and help deliver operational plans aligned to our treasury strategy.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure robust risk management, accurate forecasting, strong governance, and effective controls across treasury processes.
Reporting to the GM Treasury, your key accountabilities include:
* Delivering operational plans that align with Mainland's overall treasury strategy
* Developing and maintaining robust cash flow forecasting models to support business continuity
* Ensuring efficient deployment of cash to optimise liquidity and working capital
* Identifying and mitigating financial risks across currency, interest rates, and counterparty exposure
* Supporting hedging discussions and financial risk management
* Reviewing and maintaining financial policies, guidelines, and protocols
* Providing specialist advice to support decision making across the business
* Supporting internal and external audits relating to treasury
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and banking requirements
* Supporting team objectives and a strong alignment to Mainland's mission, vision, and values
About You
You are an experienced treasury professional with strong financial acumen and a passion for driving operational excellence.
You thrive in environments undergoing change and enjoy partnering across functions to deliver strong financial stewardship.
We want to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
* CPA or CFA certification (desirable)
* 5-8 years' experience in treasury management, corporate finance or financial risk management
* Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, financial risk assessment and treasury compliance
* Experience supporting teams through change such as divestments, mergers, or acquisitions
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms and financial reporting tools
* Ability to assess the financial implications of transition activity and support planning
