Job Description
Diageo Australia seeks a dynamic leader to drive the MMS change journey within our Supply Leadership team, enhancing performance, standards and capability through strategic facilitation and support of MMS training initiatives.
What will your role be?
As a subject matter expert in MMS, you will provide strategic guidance at all levels, champion good governance, ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards, and build strong relationships with senior managers across supply chains.
What does this role look like for you?
* Implement and drive Supply Manex Plan, aligning with global MMS practices.
* Coach and support managers at all levels to apply MMS methodologies.
* Coordinate MMS deployment across departments to maintain alignment.
* Lead improvement strategy and change management with the Supply Leadership Team.
* Offer expert analysis on value‑chain implications, loss & waste leadership, and participate in DMAIC projects.
* Oversee MMS training and development, ensuring communication and engagement.
What will you bring to the table?
* Degree‑level qualification in engineering or science, Six Sigma desirable.
* Minimum 5 years leadership experience in FMCG manufacturing, with knowledge of packaging, processing and plant technologies.
* Proactive problem‑solving through Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or similar.
* Proven record in coaching high‑performance teams and setting performance standards.
* Sound financial acumen, proficiency in MS Office, Diageo packages and SAP/MRP systems.
* Regulatory knowledge of environmental and safety legislation, including COMAH.
