About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team in Alexandria, Sydney. This role can be full-time or part-time on-site and is ideal for someone passionate about sales, account management, and customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also utilise analytical skills to optimise sales strategies and build strong client relationships, while meeting sales targets and engaging in phone and interpersonal sales to increase brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow wholesale accounts through strong relationship-building and sales strategies.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently, using effective strategies to drive growth.
3. Oversee busy indent sales periods, ensuring seamless client service and operations.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Conduct interstate travel four times a year, along with occasional store visits as required.
7. Engage in phone and interpersonal sales, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
8. Ensure impeccable presentation at all times, serving as a brand ambassador for Halation Online's fashion and lifestyle brands.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Strong sales, account management, and analytical skills.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
4. Proven experience in wholesale or customer account management, with a track record of driving sales.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
6. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Experience in fashion, wholesale, or retail is highly desirable.
8. Confident presentation skills, serving as a brand ambassador for our brands with impeccable personal and professional presentation.
9. A proactive, hardworking, and team-oriented mindset.
