Casual Position
The Role
Loftus Recreation Centre are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Group Fitness Instructors to work with a great team in particular group exercise instructors with a qualification of Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, RPM, Body Balance and Core classes.
The ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable member of the team.
Skills & Attributes
Les Mills highly regarded
A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills
Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL)
Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Working with Children's Check
National Police Check upon onboarding
Program Certification – Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, BODYJAM, BODYSTEP and/or RPM
Driven to success with a friendly can-do attitude
Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends is essential
