* Support the planning and coordination of training programs and workshops for employees.
* Assist in assessing training needs, identifying suitable training vendors, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Performance Management
* Assist in administering the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
* Support managers and employees in understanding performance management processes and providing guidance on performance-related issues.
Employee Relations
* Assist in handling employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and addressing employee grievances.
* Support HR initiatives aimed at promoting a positive work culture and employee engagement.
HR Administration
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing HR-related documents, and managing HR databases.
* Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
