WORK FROM HOME - CANBERRA BASED - STRATA MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced Strata Manager to take the lead on a well-maintained portfolio, working mostly from home while staying supported by a team-oriented local Canberra team.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and committees
- Provide expert advice on legislation and best practice
- Prepare and oversee meeting documents, notices, and correspondence
- Attend AGMs/EGMs (only limited after-hours required)
- Liaise with residents, trades, and service providers
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in strata or property management
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
- Sound knowledge of strata legislation (ACT preferred)
- Team-focused mindset with a positive attitude
