Since the establishment of our first office in Armidale in 1989, Jobs Australia Enterprises Ltd has grown and expanded significantly throughout Australia. The Role: 30 full-time horticultural workers are required starting June 2026 on a nine-month maximum-term contract across properties in Cressy, Tasmania.
Workers must be available to work 5-7 days per week. Hours of work will vary daily with the demands, although an average minimum of 38-hours per week. This work is mainly outdoors in various weather conditions and will include picking, packing and general crop management of berry varieties.
Wages will be under the Horticultural Award 2020 and paid at the Level 1 permanent hourly award rate ($24.28 per hour) and a piecework arrangement (per KG or punnet).
