The role of a Reliability Leader is to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment and assets within the site, overseeing the maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities during a specific shift or period. They play a crucial role in coordinating maintenance efforts, managing the maintenance team, and maintaining equipment reliability.

Responsibilities
Ensure reliability and availability of site equipment and assets during assigned shift.
Coordinate maintenance activities and oversee maintenance team performance.
Manage maintenance planning to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Collaborate with production and other departments to support safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications
Experience in the meat or food processing industry
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role
Australian – Trade certification/ Licence
Excellent communication and practical problem-solving skills
Sound time management and organisation skills
