Monadelphous is seeking 2x experienced, motivated and skillful Electrical Supervisors to support our well established Port Hedland operations and Coastal & West Pilbara operations.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage projects and shutdowns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to highest standards of quality and safety.
You will see yourself working on a mixed 8:6 and 2:1 roster with some flexibility required to support shutdowns when needed.
This is a casual position with a possibility to become a permanent employee.

Australian Trade Qualified Electrical
Valid Australian Driver's License
Section 44 or Schedule 26 - is a must
Rio Tinto, BHP & FMG Inducted – highly desirable
Working at Heights training (desirable)
Enter and Work in Confined Space training (desirable)
Basic Fire training (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in brownfields project is highly desirable
