The Opportunity
Reporting to a Senior Finance Leader, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge and support across financial planning, analysis and commercial decision-making.
This is not a traditional reporting role — it is a true partnering position requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement capability and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with operational and commercial leaders to drive performance and accountability
Deliver budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
Provide insightful analysis on revenue, margins, costs and investment decisions
Identify risks and opportunities and influence strategic direction
Support business case development and capital investment evaluation
Improve financial processes, reporting and data integrity
Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
About You
CA/CPA qualified
Proven experience in a Commercial Finance or Business Partnering role
Strong experience supporting multiple P&Ls or complex cost centres
Confident influencing senior stakeholders
Experience in healthcare, technology, services or complex matrix environments advantageous
Naturally curious, commercially minded and solutions focused
