Job Title: Field Marketing Director
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts for a set of regional branches. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between local operations and the marketing department, ensuring campaigns are effective, aligned, and locally relevant.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retail/service-based operations and know how to intersect marketing efforts to drive customer response and help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee field marketing strategy in alignment with operation initiatives including budget, media, and promotion efforts.
* Partner with local GMs and operations to drive marketing efforts tailored to branch needs.
* Lead creative input and feedback loops with central brand and digital teams for branches.
* Supervise a Field Marketing Coordinator and support their development.
* Manage and optimize branch-level promotions strategy, events, and sponsorships based on performance.
* Regularly evaluate and help branches plan local marketing and recommend improvements.
* Drive lead generation and customer retention through targeted marketing strategies.
* Partner with branch leaders to set revenue and lead goals and manage local budgets to achieve them.
Qualifications
* 7+ years in digital and traditional marketing methods.
* 3+ years in a regional or field marketing leadership role.
* Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Experience working with franchise or multi-location operations is required.
* Proven experience in service-based or retail marketing operations.
