We are currently seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our retail stores, offices, and warehouse facilities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day to day operations of all facilities to ensure a safe, compliant, and functional environment.
* Coordinate maintenance across all retail store locations and head office.
* Liaise with contractors, service providers, and landlords to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Oversee building systems including HVAC, lighting, security, and fire safety.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
* Track facility budgets and control maintenance costs
About You
* Proven experience in a Facility or Property Management role, preferably in retail or logistics
* Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and contractor negotiation abilities
* Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as required
* A proactive, hands on approach with a focus on safety and compliance
* Trade qualifications or facilities management certification (desirable)
