What we offer Casual shifts Salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum to increase your take-home pay Paid travel time and kilometre reimbursement between clients Paid induction and ongoing training and development Opportunity to build long-term relationships with regular clients Supportive team environment with a strong focus on wellbeing and safety Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) About the role You will provide practical and personal support to clients in their homes, including: The majority of shifts will involve domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation for our clients Providing personal care and supporting clients with daily routines Working unsupervised while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism Offering social and recreational support, from friendly conversations to accompanying clients on community outings Transporting clients safely to appointments or social activities using your own vehicle Running errands and providing general support to enhance clients’ quality of life You will work independently in the community, with support available from your team when needed. Location You will be working across Inner South Brisbane, including: Woolloongabba, Eight Mile Plains, Mount Gravatt, Rochedale, Acacia Ridge and surrounding suburbs. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between nearby suburbs is essential. About you We are looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and enjoy supporting others. You will ideally have: A caring and respectful approach Ability to work independently Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or working towards it, or at least 3 months’ experience in support work or a related field A current Australian driver’s licence Access to a registered and insured vehicle Australian working rights Experience in domestic assistance or cleaning is highly regarded.
