About the Role: We are seeking talented individuals to support our stores in a retail environment. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will contribute to an inspiring customer experience and day-to-day store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, these roles involve casual work in Southern WA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
* Sort, price and prepare donations for sale;
* Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation;
* Provide exceptional Customer Service;
* Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure;
* Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
* Demonstrate core values in all work-related activities.
About You:
* Retail sales experience is highly regarded but not essential;
* Strong customer service skills;
* Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results;
* Alignment with values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity;
* High energy, hand-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
* Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and willingness to work across various locations in the retail area.
