Service Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Service Operations Coordinator to join our organization. As an integral part of our Branch Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.
* Coordinate operational support to guarantee timely completion of tasks
* Process invoices and close out service jobs within business operating systems
* Raise, maintain, and receipt purchase orders and general local procurement
* Manage Accounts Payable duties
* Process labour onto repair work orders within business operating systems
* Assist in WIP / PIP management in line with business KPIs
* Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and assist in service event processing
* Provide excellent communication skills
* Prioritize competing tasks
* Work as part of a team or autonomously as required
* High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Accounting program proficiency is advantageous
* Permanent full-time Monday to Friday or flexible part-time options available
