About the Role
You will provide support and care to a caseload of foster carers, focusing on maintaining stable placements for children under Child Protection Orders.
As a dedicated professional, you will work collaboratively with foster carers, other organizations, and relevant authorities to ensure the needs of these vulnerable children are understood, met, and advocated for.
1. Collaborate closely with foster carers to understand their challenges and provide tailored support.
2. Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including social services and community groups, to access resources and expertise.
3. Ensure that foster carer needs are prioritized, and they have the tools and guidance required to deliver quality care.
