Maintenance Professional Role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Ensuring all maintenance activities meet quality standards with respect to workmanship, processes, and procedures to deliver plant quality targets.
* Implementing effective controls and procedures to minimize maintenance costs and achieve cost performance targets.
* Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance tasks and providing reports on findings.
* Identifying and sourcing parts required for maintenance through the engineering stores.
* Conducting dynamic risk assessments for all maintenance tasks undertaken.
* Controlling stock levels of materials and consumables.
* Familiarizing yourself with stop devices and procedures on equipment within your charge.
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in factory areas.

The shift pattern for this role is 4 days on and 4 days off (2 x 12 hour day shifts followed by 2 x 12 hour night shifts).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Working closely with engineers, operations, OEMs, and vendors to achieve shared goals.
About the Shift Pattern
The shift pattern for this role is designed to provide a good work-life balance while ensuring continuous coverage during operating hours. You will work two 12-hour day shifts, followed by two 12-hour night shifts, before having four consecutive days off.
