Main Responsibilities
* Complete the final phase of the library collections review across all campuses, ensuring alignment with institutional needs and space requirements at each location.
* Plan and coordinate the transition of library collections between campuses, ensuring minimal disruption to services and adherence to updated space requirements.
* Report regularly on project progress to the project team and key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
* Develop detailed relocation plans in collaboration with the ECU City project team, covering timelines, logistics, sequencing, and resources for each move.
* Collaborate on development and implementation of communication plans to inform library users about collection changes, explaining the rationale for deselection, transition timelines, and potential impacts.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in academic libraries, including awareness of trends in library services, collection management activities, and familiarity with scholarly information resources.
