Business Operations Manager
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing all operational and sales activities throughout the designated store and its defined sales territory.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Drive exceptional customer service and sales management/training to staff
* Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage stock movements, and maintain optimal inventory turnover.
* Manage and drive incoming customer inquiries, workshop job management, in-store sales & services to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
* Lead store staff in aspects such as recruitment, performance management, training, rostering, coverage, KPI reviews, with support from the company's team.
* Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring every interaction maximizes sales potential.
* Perform tasks such as picking and packing stock for operations, loading and unloading vehicles as required.
* Adhere to EH&S guidelines and company policies in every task.
* Contribute to developing local area marketing concepts and business improvement strategies.
