We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.
What we're looking for:

* Ability to build positive relationships and empower participants
* Reliability and commitment to providing quality care
What you'll do:
* Support participants with daily living activities
* Encourage independence and skill development
* Provide social and community participation support
* Respect and uphold participant choice and control
* Work alongside families, therapists, and support coordinators
What you will need:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Driver License and Car with Comprehensive Insurance
* Relevant Disability/Aged Care Qualifications or Lived Experience
