About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of gaming, F&B, and event services while leading a passionate team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead front-line operations across all departments
* Provide exceptional customer service and team support
* Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling & shift reports
* Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures & licensing
* Coach and mentor staff to deliver consistently excellent service
* Step up during large-scale events, sporting fixtures, and peak trade
About You
We're looking for a motivated, professional leader who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and brings positivity to the workplace.
To be successful, you will have:
* Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality/clubs
* Strong operational knowledge in gaming and F&B
* A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
* Ability to lead, inspire, and bring the best out in a team
* High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and administration skills
You must hold:
* RSA, RSG, RMLV, Liquor Approved Managers Licence
* First Aid & CPR
* Food Safety Certificate
* Current Police Check
* Full working rights in Australia
