This key executive role provides strategic direction and enterprise-wide oversight across governance, risk management, human resources, legal affairs, information technology, procurement, and business enabling functions. The successful candidate will ensure the National Gallery meets its statutory obligations, operates with integrity and transparency, and is poised for sustainable success.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert governance and corporate advice to the Director, Council, and Senior Management Group
* Develop strategic frameworks to drive the Gallery's outcomes and leverage corporate functions to achieve them
* Lead enterprise-wide risk management and foster a positive risk culture
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Commonwealth frameworks
* Oversee all Corporate Services functions, including Governance, HR, legal, ICT, procurement, and project management
* Bolster a values-driven, high-performance workforce culture
You will bring business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a deep understanding of government and corporate frameworks.
