The Practice
Opened in 2010, the practice is home to a dedicated nursing team and a range of allied health providers, including dietitian, physiotherapist, podiatrist, speech pathologist, audiologist, diabetes educator and a psychologist. The clinic supports a high nurse to GP ratio and a nurse-led chronic disease management model.
