Role DescriptionThis is an on-site full-time role for a Junior/Graduate Research Agronomist based in Ballarat, VIC. The Graduate Research Agronomist will be responsible for conducting field-based research compromising in trial setup, crop assessments, handling machineries, spray operations, data collection and handling research equipment. The role also involves generating reports, collaborating with teams, and contributing to precision agriculture projects while ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

QualificationsYou will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agricultural ScienceStrong skills in research methodologies and data analysis (Preferred)Technical knowledge of machineries and equipment is preferableEffective problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills to deliver accurate reports and findingsAbility to work effectively in an on-site research environmentFull Driving License preferredFlexibility to work extended hours during peak of the seasonChemcert & ACUP (Preferred)Be available be start ASAP
