Key Position:
A motivated and experienced Head Chef/Chef is required to lead our kitchen team at Star of the Sea Aged Care Facility on Thursday Island.
Job Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality meals that cater to the diverse needs of residents and staff.
* Supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
