The Opportunity Redpath Partners is proud to partner with MAB in the search for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager - Communities to join their respected Marketing team. You will lead the marketing strategy and delivery for MAB's growing master-planned community portfolio with flagship developments located in Melbourne and Adelaide. You'll combine strategic vision with hands-on campaign execution, driving innovation through AI, automation, performance-based digital marketing and traditional real estate marketing channels. You'll manage a direct report (Marketing Executive) and oversee all agency partnerships, budgets, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead marketing strategies across the Communities division Strategic implementation and launch of new projects to market Execute integrated marketing campaigns, balancing brand and lead generation goals Oversee on-site display centres, signage, digital platforms, websites, CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Cloud and Power BI analytics Leverage automation and AI technologies to enhance engagement and campaign outcomes and optimise use of the companies digital stack Manage project positioning, marketing calendars, content and customer touchpoints Lead agency partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders Mentor and grow your team, including onboarding and managing a Marketing Executive Deliver clear reporting, ROI analysis, and strategic marketing recommendations What You'll Bring 5 years' experience in property marketing, ideally within residential development or master-planned communities Strategic mindset with proven experience managing cross-channel campaigns and marketing teams Confident in digital and traditional marketing channels, performance metrics, CRM platforms and emerging tech like AI Skilled communicator, comfortable managing stakeholders, budgets and reporting cycles Collaborative leadership style with high attention to detail Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar Demonstrable experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams Why Join MAB?
