About the Role
Bring your expertise in service management to drive our service and installation teams to meet our customers' needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing efficient workflow programming for a team of service technicians
* Ensuring the successful service and/or installation of irrigation systems and projects.
* Hands-on work with installations, repairs and service work on a variety of pumps and water systems, including stock water, solar pumps, drip irrigation, centre pivots, telemetry, control, pumping and filtration stations.
* Ensuring projects are completed with maximum efficiency.
* Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with others.
* Communication with internal and external clients to ensure clear expectations are being met.
* Record keeping and invoicing works completed.
* Ensuring safety systems are implemented and followed.
About You
You will have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven time management and problem-solving skills
* Experience with irrigation installations and service work
* Experience managing trades in often complex work environments.
* Experience managing a team and scheduling service work
* Demonstrated knowledge of construction safety procedures.
