Neighbourhood Administration Role

Our team is seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Administration professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our Community Care services. This key support role will ensure business operations are running efficiently, and clients receive an exceptional experience.

As a Neighbourhood Administration specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood, managing requests, concerns, and inquiries, creating correspondence and documentation as requested, and efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.

* Support and coordinate multiple teams across various locations
* Be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Manage and respond to client requests, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
* Organise and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with minimal supervision


Key Responsibilities Include:

* Assist senior staff with special projects as needed
* Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and equipment
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information in financial, human resource, and other systems


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (highly regarded)
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
* Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
