The Formula Motor Group are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Administration team. The successful applicant will gain exposure to a professional and dynamic Admin team who strive to use technology to their advantage in reforming admin processes. This is a full-time permanent position but also open to negotiate with part time candidates.

The Role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Processing invoices and matching POs;
* Managing and directing queries;
* Supplier statement reconciliations;
* Liaising with key stakeholders; and
* Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
About You
* Three + years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a large or multiple site organisation;
* Experience using a large integrated ERP (including, but not limited to Auto-IT, Pentana, JDE, SAP, TechOne) would be beneficial;
* Exposure to the automotive industry would be beneficial but not essential;
* High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously;
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise;
* Highly developed computer skills across the Microsoft Suite;
* Comfortable taking on additional duties as required; and
* Excellent communication skills.
