Job Description
We're looking for an experienced retail leader to join our team. As a Retail Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and team members.
The role involves leading a team of Personal Shoppers who are responsible for selecting and packing online orders in-store. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the day-to-day running of the online department is efficient and effective.
Your main objective will be to contribute to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for all our stakeholders. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, manage costs, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, and compliance.

* You have leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing teams.
* You're able to take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs.
* You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and continually seeking ways to improve it.
* You have strong communication skills and are able to effectively lead and motivate your team.
