Are you an experienced
Level 2 Support Engineer
with strong
networking and computer systems
knowledge? We're looking for a hands‑on professional to join our client for a three‑month assignment providing high‑quality technical support across a busy environment in Western Sydney.
What you'll be doing
* Providing Level 2 technical support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
* Troubleshooting and resolving networking issues (Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VPN, firewalls)
* Managing escalations from Level 1 support and ensuring timely resolution
* Supporting Windows environments, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
* Performing system checks, patching, and routine maintenance
* Assisting with hardware replacements, imaging, and configuration
* Documenting incidents, fixes, and processes in the ticketing system
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in an
L2 support
or similar technical support role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, hardware, and software
* Solid understanding of
network fundamentals
—TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
* Experience with
Office 365
, Active Directory, and remote support tools
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Availability to start at short notice
