Overview
We’re looking for a detail oriented Technical Documentation, System Data and Change Management Specialist to support engineering and deployment teams across RAN, Transmission (Fibre and Microwave), Electrical, Civil, and Structural projects. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of our technical documentation, system data, network data and change management processes.
Your role administers a scalable document management framework that supports the entire document lifecycle while prioritizing security and ease of access. You will also define and implement policies and procedures that ensure the Document Management System (DMS) complies with industry best practices and standards, promoting regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and data integrity.

Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of our future DMS including security, version control and supplier access.
- Develop and maintain high quality technical documentation such as designs, Standard Operating Procedures, deployment guides and change records.
- Lead all aspects of technical change processes, ensuring all updates are detailed, traceable, and compliant.
- Maintain a centralized technical library to support projects, audits, regulatory requirements and future service contracts
- Manage OSS, Node ID, and Cell ID data governance requirements for network builds and upgrades.
- Partner with engineering teams to resolve OSS, configuration, and quality issues.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proficiency in user documentation, data management, or change management within engineering or telco.
- Solid understanding of document control standards, compliance, and version management.
- Transparent and detailed technical writing skills.
- Experience with structured change control and audit-ready processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint platforms as part of a DMS development and integration strategy
- Familiarity with RAN, Transmission, Electrical, or Civil/Structural engineering desirable.
- Experience managing network configuration data, including accurate entry, validation, and updating of Node IDs, Cell IDs and related parameters.
- Strong collaboration and customer engagement skills.
