GGeneral Factory Hands – Multiple Roles Available | Day Shift | Canning Vale | Immediate Start
We are seeking reliable and motivated General Factory Hands to join a busy air-conditioning manufacturing facility in Canning Vale. This hands-on role gives you the opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of production, assembly, and warehousing, all within a supportive team environment. Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm hours and an immediate start are available for suitable candidates.
About the Company:
Our client is a long-standing Australian manufacturing business, specialising in the production and supply of air-conditioning and climate control systems for both residential homes and commercial applications. The company operates a structured production facility with an emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency, supporting a wide range of customers with reliable cooling solutions.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist in all areas of air-conditioning production and assembly
* Operate hand and power tools safely to assemble and maintain units
* Solder components and parts to meet quality and safety standards
* Follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly guides accurately
* Pack and dispatch orders efficiently for timely delivery
* Support general warehousing duties, including stock handling and organisation
Requirements:
* Valid WA Driver’s License.
* Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
* LF ticket is a bonus
