About the Opportunity
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will play a vital role in supporting the nursing team to deliver safe, person-centred care across our clinical environments. You will contribute directly to the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses. In this role you will:
? Provide personal care and assist with mobility and communication to support patient comfort and function.
? Work collaboratively with nursing staff to deliver high-quality, direct care activities as allocated.
? Assist with collection of clinical data and maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
? Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
? Participate in quality improvement activities that enhance patient experience and service delivery.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
? Completed HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or one year of undergraduate nursing training.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support effective teamwork.
? Recent relevant experience in a clinical or acute care environment.
? Commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
? Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care with a willingness to learn and adapt.
