You will also demonstrate:Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum 3 years’ experience within an acute medical/surgical wardProven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professionalTeam leading experiencePortfolio management aligned with nursing standardsPossess excellent time management skills and well development clinical problem-solving skillsA passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performancePost graduate qualification in specialty area desirable but not essentialRemunerationA base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
