About Our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturing business operating in a structured and safety-driven environment. They pride themselves on quality production standards, strong team culture, and maintaining compliance across all operational areas.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be supporting the Quality team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring documentation and reporting accuracy across production areas. Your duties will include reviewing daily field sheets against production schedules to identify discrepancies, collating hardcopy and digital documentation, maintaining site registers, generating Manufacturing Data Reports (MDRs), assisting with laboratory test results data entry, and completing other relevant administrative tasks as required.
This role requires a proactive team player with a positive attitude who can work closely with production and laboratory teams.
What You Will Need:
* Previous administration experience (quality or manufacturing environment advantageous)
* Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
* Ability to review and reconcile documentation
* Willingness to adhere to all site safety requirements
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
* Willing to complete site inductions and wear PPE
