About the Role
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Bell/Garage Attendant provides a memorable arrival experience and bids a fond farewell to our departing guests. As a Overnight Bell Attendant, you will play a vital role in welcoming and assisting guests during the overnight hours. Key to your success is delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring standards execution, creating memories that will last a lifetime!
What You Will Do
* Greet arriving guests during overnight hours and assist with luggage handling and room escorting
* Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and hotel entrance overnight
* Deliver guest amenities and handle messages with accuracy and discretion
* Support hotel security by monitoring guest areas and reporting unusual activity
* Assist guests with transportation needs, directions, and overnight concierge requests
* Coordinate luggage pulls for early morning departures and prepare for peak guest movement
* Liaise with Front Office and Security teams to support smooth overnight operations
* Uphold Four Seasons standards of service with professionalism and warmth
What You Bring
* Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality or customer service role preferred
* Valid Australian driver's license
* Physically able to lift and move luggage up to 23kg (50 lbs)
* Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude
* Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
