The primary purpose of this position is to optimise work efficiency by leading the stakeholders to follow the business’ planning and scheduling processes relating directly to the preparation of maintenance activities. This includes generation of job plans with information on skill, spare parts, tools, duration, acceptance criteria, quality, and safety. As a subject matter champion, you will use CMMS data and be a technical trainer as well as mentor others.
The role is based onsite in Leeton NSW and supports our manufacturing teams in Riverina. The role reports into our Reliability Manager within the Engineering team.
Required Skills & Experience:
* At least 3-4 years’ experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
* Have a technical knowledge of the maintenance industry
* Solid knowledge of equipment operation and principles
* Prior experience in providing an overall plan for the maintenance department and working in a team environment to achieve outcomes.
* Desirable: have a Trade Qualification in mechanical or electrical
* Experience and capability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
