The Project Overview
HumeLink is a 500kV transmission project connecting Wagga Wagga, Maragle, and Bannaby in regional NSW.
This new high-voltage electricity transmission line will significantly increase the capacity of Australia's eastern electricity network.
Scope of Work
The project includes the construction of new 500kV double circuit transmission lines over ~140kms from Wagga Wagga Substation to a new substation at Gugaa, near Gundagai, and a new substation at Maragle for future connection to Snowy 2.0.
* 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Trade Qualification
* Strong communication skills (oral & written), negotiation, and influencing skills
* Ability to work independently, organise, prioritise, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
* Extensive construction quality and/or completions experience
* Knowledge of Australian and International standards
* ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor certification
* Experience in quality inspection in renewable/utility EPCM projects
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
