Overview
As anAssociate Recruitment Consultant, you'll support our Director and Senior Account Manager while building your expertise in the blue collar mining sector.
From day one, you'll step into a desk with an established client base, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering results.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needs
Proactively networking and sourcing quality candidates
Executing candidate attraction strategies for priority roles
Conducting video interviews and presenting "decision-ready" candidates
Generating contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM)
Managing your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance
Assisting BDMs with lead generation and market insights
What we are looking for
Strong relationship-building skills and experience in a phone-based or customer facing role
Proven resilience and intrinsic motivation to thrive in a fast-paced industry
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, recruitment, or sales
A friendly, energetic personality – confident both in person and over the phone
Exceptional communication and attention to detail
A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box
