The ACT Insurance Authority is looking for an enthusiastic, positive and motivated individual who has a passion for claims managing with a focus on achieving positive claims outcomes and broader organisational objectives to join us as a Claims Officer on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Senior Claims Officer, the Claims officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of matters, across multiple general insurance lines. We are looking for an individual who excels at exercising attention to detail and demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, communicating clearly and working closely with legal providers.
