Sales Administrator – Prestige Residential Real Estate
📍 Bundall, Gold Coast
🕒 Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Our client is a highly regarded prestige residential real estate agency based in Bundall and is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their boutique, high-performing team.

This is an important support role within the business, working closely with sales agents to ensure the seamless execution of property campaigns from listing through to settlement. The team prides itself on professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

They are looking for a confident and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and takes genuine pride in producing polished, accurate work.

This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ recent experience in a real estate sales administration position.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing end-to-end sales administration support, ensuring property campaigns are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing listing presentations, agency agreements, contracts, and sales documentation

* Coordinating property marketing campaigns, including online listings, advertising schedules, and marketing materials

* Managing CRM records and maintaining accurate client and property databases

* Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders

* Coordinating open homes, appointments, photography, signage, brochures, and campaign logistics

* Supporting the team with general office administration and reception duties

* Ensuring all aspects of each campaign are delivered with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

* Previous experience in real estate sales administration

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* A professional phone manner and client-first approach

* Meticulous attention to detail and pride in presentation

* The ability to work autonomously while supporting a collaborative team

Experience with the following systems is highly regarded:

* Agentbox

* Realworks

* Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Canva

* DocuSign

Experience supporting project marketing or development sales will also be highly regarded.

Qualifications
* Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full Licence (current with OFT)

* Previous experience supporting prestige or high-value property campaigns is advantageous

* Professional presentation and a discreet, client-focused approach
