Reporting to the Head of Brand, Media and Digital, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing content for monthly marketing campaigns delivered through CRM (email, SMS, direct mail) and digital channels (web and social media). You will adapt global assets to local needs, maintain brand consistency, and support strategic partnerships that extend our reach.

Role Overview
Role Overview: Reporting to the Head of Brand, Media and Digital as the Content & Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing content for monthly marketing campaigns delivered through CRM (email, SMS, direct mail) and digital channels (web and social media). With a strong focus on campaign execution and commercial impact, you will ensure content is transparent, engaging, and tailored to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies, you'll adapt global assets to local needs, maintain brand consistency, and support strategic partnerships that extend our reach.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on creating customer-first content that delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Development (20%): Plan and produce content calendars aligned with monthly campaign and offer themes, focusing on driving customer acquisition and retention. Create and adapt content for CRM (email, SMS, direct mail) and digital channels (web updates, social posts, landing pages) that supports measurable business outcomes. Ensure all messaging is aligned with brand voice and CRM customer segments.
Campaign Content Execution (50%): Support end-to-end content delivery for monthly and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate with CRM and digital teams to ensure timely distribution across channels. Tailor global toolkits and creative to suit local market needs via creative agency.
Insight-Informed Messaging (10%): Use campaign performance insights from CRM and Digital teams to guide content improvements that directly impact lead generation, conversion rates, and retention. Recommend adjustments to copy or content formats to boost engagement and commercial effectiveness. Track content performance metrics in partnership with CRM and Digital teams to evaluate impact on business KPIs.
Customer Journey Enablement & Partnerships (20%): Align content across the customer journey – from lead generation to aftercare. Identify gaps in messaging and develop content to support conversion and retention. Ensure educational and support materials reflect customer questions and expectations. Identify and support partnership opportunities that can enhance customer reach with co-branded messaging, or community engagement through aligned campaign themes. This may include collaborating with pharmacies, hearing health organizations, community groups or commercial partners (Bupa and future opportunity).
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with CRM, Brand, Trade Marketing, and Digital teams. Coordinate with external creative and production agencies where required.
About you
5–7 years in content marketing, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing roles.
Excellent copywriting skills for email, SMS, social media, and web.
Experience managing monthly marketing calendars and content pipelines.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms; experience in healthcare or regulated industries is advantageous.
