Service Technician – City of Melbourne, VIC, Australia (Remote field type: Full time)
Responsibilities
* Become an expert on Henry Schein's product range of small and large dental equipment.
* Install, repair, and maintain medical equipment at dental practices across the region.
* Troubleshoot and solve difficult customer queries and issues to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Spend most of the time in the field, with occasional time servicing autoclave equipment in the workshop.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Service Technician in the medical, technology, heating, ventilation, or air conditioning industries.
* Ideally some experience with or understanding of autoclaves.
* Electronic / Electrical background or qualification.
* Ability to qualify for a restricted Electrical license (support provided).
* Sound troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
* Valid/current Driver's License.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* Physical fitness for a physically demanding role.
* Fully maintained company vehicle with tools of trade.
