Our Client is looking for a Change Analyst. Utilities background is extremely desirable as you will be helping with the development & execution of Meter to Cash (M2C) change management strategy and processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Help manage the change process for individuals, minimise change process for individuals, minimise change impact and result in meaningful and effective change for the organisation.
- Support the M2C Project Change, Comms and Training Manager and Change team in the development, execution and adoption of the change management scoping, planning and phased roll out and other key project touch points for the companies core systems, in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Effectively manage and provide updates to the M2C Change, Comms and Training Manager and supporting project team members as key stakeholders to facilitate understanding and buy in of the project's vision of success, create alignment, and build support to deliver a top-down driven change management approach.
- Identification of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups, assessment and classification of potential change impacts, and development of tools, communication and activities to manage identified risks.
- Development of business change readiness criteria, assessment and assist in defining the readiness process.
**What you need**:
- Strong change management project planning & execution skills and experience especially in a Business or Technology Project
- Experience in communicating key project outcomes and insights to key stakeholders across all levels
- Experience of managing changes that impact systems.
- Experience in the Utilities sector
