Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for equipment operations to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Plan materials, resources, equipment, and contractors for planned preventative and shutdown maintenance works to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
* Consult with production supervisors/leaders on preventative maintenance activities and equipment servicing to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to effectively allocate manpower and resources for scheduled tasks.
* Provide accurate cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to support informed decision-making.
* Maintain up-to-date technical information and equipment maintenance history to inform future planning.
* Continuously improve planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management, and job reporting systems to optimize business performance.
About Your Qualifications
* Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a similar industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, prioritization, and planning skills.
* Strong asset management background in materials handling/fixed plant/mobile plant, with proficiency in CMMS systems.
* Effective problem-solving and critical thinking techniques to address complex issues.
* Awareness of resource allocation and utilization strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of composure.
