As a seasoned Contract Administrator, you will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates, managing material takeoffs, procurement, and tendering duties, as well as contract administration, variation, and final account management.

Key responsibilities will also include:
* Managing contract correspondence, claims assessment, and quantum assessment
* Implementing cost management and control, including change management and variation assessment
* Tendering and procuring, including pre-qualification stage management, tender list production, and tender documentation
\
Additional responsibilities include producing monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client, interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages, and ensuring robust change control, cost control, alignment to schedule, proactive risk management, progress management, and professional reporting against the baseline.
\
Qualifications include:
* Full working rights in Australia
* Experience working with lump sum, target, and/or cost reimbursable contracts within infrastructure, utilities, or natural resources
* Experience in contract management, variations, and claims
* Experience developing or managing project controls processes such as change, cost, risk & schedule
* Ability to produce high-quality reports for stakeholders
